The body of the pack is composed of lightweight ripstop fabrics that can squeeze up chimneys and drag against ice without shredding, and the webbing waist belt and removable sternum strap increase carrying comfort, without adding bulk. All the external WaterTight zippers keep rain and snow out of your gear, and the seam-sealed construction ensures that prolonged exposure to wet weather won't leave your sleeping bag soggy and your packed layers soaked.
