Unlike most backcountry boots with two-piece constructions, the Lupo's Cabrio three-piece construction retains a long-lasting stiffness of 110 that doesn't break down over a single season; in fact, the flex is so consistent that you shouldn't have a problem riding in the resort. Cabrio uses a shell, cuff, and removable tongue to give the boot a smoother power transmission, a dynamic rebound, and excellent shock absorption. Taking the tongue out allows for a wide range of motion in walk mode.
