The S-PHYRE bibs take this refined fit up a notch and smooth out the fit across the thigh too, offering optimal compression and support for the muscles. The knitted fabric further bolsters compression, adds impressive breathability, and transfers moisture. Even the graphics are knitted rather than applied, printed, or sublimated ensuring no areas would affect compression or cause irritation. Woven leg gripper securely holds the leg hems in place and are more comfortable than silicone grippers. The chamois is perhaps the real star of the show on these bibs and Shimano set out to create one that is comfortable for every rider. Much like it does with components, Shimano distilled rider feedback and engineers spent countless hours with finite analysis tools and computer models in the development of the chamois.
