The Gore Windstopper fabric is windproof and water resistant yet still quite breathable so you stay comfortable in blustery conditions or when splashing through puddles. It's unique 2 in 1 construction with an outer short and inner tight provides an optimized fit and plenty of ventilation and the silicone dots keep the fit in check.
