DeVinci takes frame stiffness a step further by making the transition to Super Boost 12 x 157mm rear spacing. Before you balk at the thought of a new hub standard, 157mm hub spacing has been around on downhill bikes for a number of years. Super Boost simply widens the hub flange to improve the spoke bracing angle, resulting in a much stiffer wheel that's better able to resist lateral flex while cornering, braking, and charging through technical terrain.
