The new Lib Tech MC Snake Kink Snowboard is the newest directional freeride snowboard with a 2-inch setback and Dual Threat Kink Nose that rips everything from powder to hardpack snow. Designed from Matt Cummins at Lib Tech, his quest was to get the most out of a single snowboard whether you're headed to the white room, riding steep technical terrain, or carving on groomers of any condition. A timeless graphic was drawn by Damian Fulton, founder of the Radical Rick comics in BMX PLUS magazine and the previous art director at Marvel Comics. For an aggressive feel and all-star performance, the C3 profile is predominantly camber with a mild rocker zone between the feet. The camber zone enables the most control, precision, and power for riders looking for the most performance from their snowboard, while the rocker promotes flotation and forgiveness. A medium-stiff flex offers response and stability for charging hard, riding fast, and stomping big landings off of drops or sidehits. Fitted with Lib's Original Power Construction, the MC Snake Kink uses a combination of aspen and paulownia in the core for a lightweight and lively feel, while a mix of triax and biax fiberglass gives it a smooth and consistent flex. Magne-Traction edges have strategically-placed edge serrations to grip firm, icy snow and helps prevent you from slipping out while carving hard. A low-maintenance TXT extruded base absorbs wax well and is fast to keep you ripping through flats and get you back to the lift line.
